A BILL to amend and reenact section four, article seven, chapter
twenty-two-c of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine
hundred thirty-one, as amended, relating to continuation of
the oil and gas inspectors' examining board
.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:

That section four, article seven, chapter twenty-two-c of the
code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as
amended, be amended and reenacted to read as follows:
ARTICLE 7. ENVIRONMENTAL RESOURCES.
§22C-7-4. Continuation of oil and gas inspectors' examining board.

The oil and gas inspectors' examining board shall terminate on
continue to exist pursuant to the provisions of article ten,
chapter four of this code, until
the first day of July, two
thousand three nine, pursuant to the provisions of article ten, chapter four of this code, unless sooner terminated, continued or
reestablished pursuant to the provisions of that article.

(NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to continue the oil and
gas inspectors' examining board until July 1, 2009, pursuant to the
West Virginia sunset law.
